Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring every requirement is met and stakeholders are kept informed in real-time

• Secure and oversee national and international transportation solutions that align with specific customer delivery windows and urgency.

• Execute precise invoicing and international customs documentation, ensuring seamless border crossings and timely delivery.

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned accounts, anticipating needs and resolving complex issues before they escalate.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement creative process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
