Account Manager [JRP-06291]

Strike Marketing is a full-service marketing agency delivering impactful campaigns and results for a diverse range of clients. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and driven by creativity and strategic thinking. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team and help elevate client success.

We are currently seeking to hire an Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and managing the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. This role requires a combination of client service, strategic thinking, and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts with lead
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Recommend and manage Marketing Plans for key accounts
  • Oversee reporting metrics on key accounts
  • Prepare reports/ recaps on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all account elements are executed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level internal and external communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple major priorities while problem-solving daily challenges
  • Experience managing creative deliverables/projects
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Possess initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task to meet simultaneous deadlines
  • 4+ years of account management experience
  • Media, Advertising or Marketing agency experience

Preferred:

  • College degree is preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, media buying, or content production is preferred
  • Previous experience with B2B or B2C campaigns is preferred
  • Experience in project management software is preferred
