Account Manager: YouTube Growth Agency (Remote – US & South Africa)

The Opportunity

Organic Client Engine (OCE) is a full-service YouTube production agency for 7-figure coaches, consultants, and info-product businesses. We handle the entire pipeline: strategy, packaging (titles/thumbnails), scripting, production management, and publishing.

We are hiring a full-time Account Manager to own client relationships and run production from onboarding through ongoing retainer. This is not a support role. You are the client’s primary point of contact and the person responsible for every video that goes out the door. You will work directly alongside the founder, Colin Shipp , as his right-hand person across the entire business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage clients end-to-end, split into two core pillars:

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Ownership: You are the face of the account. Clients trust you and hear from you regularly via Slack, calls, and Loom.
• Responsiveness: Maintain a 2–4 hour response time during the week; same-day acknowledgment on weekends with a clear action plan.
• Proactive Reporting: Conduct weekly async check-ins (Loom/text) showing exactly what is in progress and what is coming next—no client should ever have to chase you.

2. YouTube Strategy & Production

• Strategic Packaging: Research video topics, perform competitive analysis, and develop title and thumbnail direction for every video.
• Pipeline Management: Run our AI-powered scripting system and manage editors by giving clear, actionable feedback on their output.
• ROI Alignment: Ensure every video aligns with the client’s business goals so they clearly see the value of their investment.

• YouTube Strategist: You don’t just watch YouTube; you study it. You clock patterns in thumbnails and have opinions on why certain channels stall while others explode.
• Agency Veteran: You’ve worked in a client-facing role where you managed accounts and timelines independently. You know how to keep a client happy without being told how.
• Industry Advocate: You live in the world of online education and coaching. You’ve bought courses, followed creators, and genuinely believe in the impact of this industry.
• The "Intrapreneur": You are hungry, ambitious, and want to build a "world within a business." You want your effort to directly determine your income and trajectory.
• High Agency: You don't wait for instructions. You see what needs to happen and you move.

Logistics & Compensation

• Location: 100% Remote. We are open to top-tier candidates based in the United States or South Africa .
• Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: Tied directly to performance and retention. Our model rewards the quality of your work and the longevity of your clients, not just hours logged. Full details are shared after the first step of the application.
• Growth Path: Within 90 days, you will own your book of business. As we scale, you will have the opportunity to move into a Lead Account Manager role—hiring, training, and overseeing a team of AMs.
