Cousins Roofing, Siding & Decks is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to lead our call center operations in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with strong communication and management skills to join a growing company.

About the Role

As the Confirmation Call Center Manager, you will oversee daily call center operations, manage a team of representatives, and ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed efficiently. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Manage sales representatives’ schedules
• Track performance and ensure team meets weekly and monthly goals

What We’re Looking For

• Prior call center management experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer service experience with conflict resolution ability
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
