We are hiring an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations, lead and develop the housekeeping team, and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff to meet high service and performance standards
  • Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and scheduling to ensure optimal departmental efficiency
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to maintain brand standards and cleanliness excellence
  • Manage departmental budget, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management regarding room status, priorities, and special guest requests
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Address guest concerns regarding housekeeping promptly, professionally, and effectively
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices for the department
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
  • Report departmental performance, challenges, and successes to hotel leadership
Qualifications
  • Extensive hotel housekeeping experience required; prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large housekeeping team
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Experience managing budgets, labor, and departmental operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
  • Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
