Executive Housekeeper Job Duties :
Manage the departments budget track operating costs and control expenses.
Inventory and supplies:
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies linens and uniforms and ensure proper usage.
Guest services:
Respond to and resolve guest complaints handle lost and found items and ensure a positive guest experience.
Safety and maintenance:
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards report maintenance issues and maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Staff management:
Supervise schedule hire train and evaluate housekeeping employees.
Operations management:
Plan and assign daily work organize deep cleaning projects and conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
