We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Freelance Production Graphic Artist to support our high-volume imprint operation. This role focuses on preparing and producing artwork for a wide range of custom products, including mugs, apparel, magnets, hats, bags, and related items.
The ideal candidate is experienced in production art, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and turnaround expectations.
Create and modify production-ready artwork based on customer specifications
Prepare vector files for various imprint methods, including screen printing and embroidery
Ensure all artwork meets production and quality standards
Manage workload to meet daily and weekly production goals
Collaborate with internal team members to clarify artwork requirements as needed
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and vector-based design
Previous experience in production graphic art or a similar role
Working knowledge of screen printing and basic embroidery requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
$26.00 per hour
Weekly Production Bonus:
100–149 completed art pieces: $100
150–199 completed art pieces: $200
200+ completed art pieces: $300
Art Piece Definition:
One art piece is defined as a unique imprint design or setup. The same design used across multiple products is counted as one piece.
