The Customer Data and Journey Orchestration team is seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation Specialist, responsible for delivering new capabilities, datasets, and integrations within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The selected candidate will combine strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and technical fluency to deliver AEP’s enterprise capabilities and business use cases and become the Delta subject matter expert on AEP. This includes implementing new capabilities, supporting enterprise power users, maintaining platform health, managing Adobe Support tickets, and stewarding documentation. This role ensures all audiences, journeys, and data configurations align with AEP governance and enterprise standards.

  • Partner with product manager to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements aligned with platform governance and architecture
  • Partner with technical & Adobe teams to deliver end to end implementation of new AEP capabilities, including data ingestion, platform configuration, and downstream integrations
  • Enable enterprise power users with hands on guidance for building audiences, journeys, and activations
  • Proactively monitor platform health across ingestion, identities, segments, and destination performance.
  • Conduct regular audits of audiences and journeys to enforce best practices and retire outdated asset
  • Facilitate Adobe Support ticket creation, escalation, and resolution, and manage SLAs, communicate status, and document root causes and outcomes
  • Maintain current & accessible platform documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • (if transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define trade-offs and communicate decisions effectively
  • Minimum three years of experience in product management, data platforms, or technology delivery, preferably within large, complex organizations
  • Basic SQL knowledge / experience
  • Strong understanding of customer data, identity resolution, and data-driven personalization concepts
  • Ability to partner effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • BA/BS or advanced degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline
  • Experience partnering with analytics, marketing technology, or digital channel teams
  • Airline, travel, or other consumer-facing industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar enterprise customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Experience implementing and operating data driven platforms (e.g., marketing technology, CRM, analytics, or customer data systems), including data ingestion, schema design, and integrations with downstream channels via API or batch
  • Hands on experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms and supporting audience segmentation, workflow/journey logic, or activation use cases, with an understanding of governance, consent, and data quality standards
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational skills, including system monitoring, issue resolution, vendor support management, and maintaining clear technical documentation (data, audience, and journey definitions)
  • Familiarity with data governance, consent management, and privacy-compliant data practices
