Salary: $40,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical or engineering field.
• We are looking for a solid grasp of core programming principles, object-oriented design, and data structures.
• Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework is desirable.
• Exposure to JavaScript environments and Node.js is a strong advantage.
• A basic understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, or ladder logic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows configuration, user permissions, driver installation, and basic networking troubleshooting is required.
• We need strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical updates clearly to non-technical teammates.
• We value a methodical approach to debugging and the ability to write clear step-by-step technical instructions.
• You should be able to work across both an office setting and an active manufacturing floor.
• You must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, move around manufacturing facilities, and occasionally lift or handle computer hardware and testing equipment up to 25 lbs.

• We configure, test, and deploy proprietary and third-party software on internal machinery and customer PCs to keep systems stable and integrated.
• We complete entry-level programming tasks, scripting, and bug fixes in C#, .NET, and Node.js under the direction of our Lead Software Engineers.
• We act as the main point of contact between software engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to resolve deployment issues and improve technical hand-offs.
• We create, revise, and maintain technical manuals, deployment records, version histories, and customer installation guides.
• We remotely access or work directly on customer hardware to install software, adjust system settings, and troubleshoot startup conflicts.
• We support staging and testing of software builds before release, documenting behavior, errors, and performance results.
• We organize and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture guides, configuration manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting instructions.
