Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing a variety of manual tasks, assisting skilled team members, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance activities
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site instructions
• Support tradespeople and other team members with routine tasks
• Inspect work areas to help maintain cleanliness and order
• Report hazards, equipment issues, or concerns to the appropriate person
• Minimum OSHA 10 required

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Prior labor, construction, warehouse, or maintenance experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience using hand tools and basic equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with general job-site or facility procedures
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

Work Environment

This position may involve working indoors or outdoors in a variety of conditions. Tasks may require physical activity, teamwork, and attention to safety throughout the workday.
