Maintenance Technician | Newnan, GA
Pay: $35–$40/hr | Shifts: 2nd (3p–11:30p) & 3rd (11:30p–7a)
The Role
Join our Newnan-based manufacturing team (Metal Press & Injection Mold). We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Tech to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility systems. No travel required. M-F. Set Schedule, either 2nd or 3rd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Install, modify, and repair metal/plastic manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose process issues; develop preventive and corrective actions.
- Support: Assist R&D, Quality Control, and data collection; support Kaizen, 5S, and TPM activities.
- Efficiency: Reduce equipment downtime to meet safety and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).
- Skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; strong technical problem-solving.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
