Mechanic – Part-Time
Position Type: Part-Time - 5–10 Hours/Week - Flexible Schedule
Location: Rogers, MN

Pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Ironwood Outdoor (landscaping and snow removal company) is seeking a reliable and skilled mechanic to assist with equipment maintenance and truck servicing. This is a part-time role, offering a flexible schedule of 5–10 hours per week.  Great “2 nd job” opportunity!!
Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on snow plows, blowers, and other winter equipment.
• Service and repair landscape and lawn equipment, including mowers and small engines, during non-snow seasons.
• Conduct basic to intermediate skid steer, truck maintenance and repairs, such as fluid checks, servicing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Assist with seasonal equipment changeovers and preparations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in medium to heavy truck maintenance and small engine repair and maintenance, preferably with snow plows and similar winter equipment..
• Experience with landscape and lawn equipment repair.
• Experience in truck maintenance, repairs, servicing, fluid checks, electrical systems, and accessory installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including small engines, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
