Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Dickson, TN. This opportunity is ideal for providers who enjoy working in acute psychiatric care within a structured hospital environment and appreciate a balanced schedule that supports both professional development and personal time.

Location: Dickson, Tennessee
Schedule: Full-Time | Inpatient | Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekend Call
Compensation: $125,000+ annually (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for inpatient populations .
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress .
• Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings .
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care .
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination .
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
• Tennessee DEA required or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
