Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex implementation projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and excellent communication skills while working with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance using project management tools and methodologies.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, constraints, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project change requests and ensure approved changes are reflected in project plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with Resource Managers and Team Leads to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of Project Management experience with 7+ years of overall professional experience .
• Experience managing complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets exceeding BR million .
• Experience working with global teams and customers.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Consulting, Payroll, or Outsourcing industries.
• Experience using:
  • Microsoft Project
  • Smartsheet
  • Other Project Management tools

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent
• Candidates working toward PMP certification within 12 months will also be considered.

Work Environment

• Fully Remote (United States).
• Virtual and office work environment as required.
• Willingness to travel 10 25% depending on project assignments and client needs.
