Job Description 5+ years of Project Management experience, hands on program and project management in application development working closely with product teams Experience working on projects in the Marketing Technology space Program Management needed: Experience managing a group of projects that all ladder up into a larger initiative at a Program Manager level (not just managing an individual workstream) Understanding of how the IT systems connect, dependencies, sequencing of events for project launch Soft skills are key, know how to manage stakeholders, communication skills, risk management, dependency tracking Someone who can read between the lines and push back for information, hold people accountable to deliverables while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
