Roofing Sales Consultant
Hargrove Roofing & Construction – New Orleans, LA

We're growing our roofing division in New Orleans and looking to add an Outside Sales Rep to the team. This is a high-opportunity, high-earning role with strong lead flow, major storm-related funding in the market, and a team ready to scale quickly.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and guide them through the replacement process
• Work primarily with pre-set, qualified leads (minimal door knocking required)
• Educate customers on available programs, including grant funding opportunities (up to $10K per homeowner)
• Manage deals from inspection through close
• Stay organized, follow up consistently, and hit sales targets

• Mainly retail work – strong margins and faster closes
• Grant funding available in the NOLA market, driving demand
• Pre-set leads provided to keep your pipeline full
• Door knocking is optional, but can be used as an additional income stream

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (roofing or home services is a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based role
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to learn roofing sales and the local market

Compensation

• Commission-only
• High upside earning potential with strong lead flow and market demand
