We’re looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our crew and help homeowners protect and restore their homes.

Meet with homeowners to assess roof damage and assist them through the insurance claims process.
Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed damage reports.
Prospect and contact potential customers through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters during roof inspections.
Collect customer payments and maintain accurate sales documentation.
Attend weekly team meetings with the Sales Manager to track goals and performance.
Money-motivated and competitive — you love to win and get rewarded for performance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in outside sales , B2B sales , or home improvement sales preferred.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset — the more effort you put in, the more you earn.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
