DOXA/VANTAGE is a full service brand design and marketing agency, offering a full continuum of services from strategy through final execution across multiple marketing and brand expression channels. We have thrived for 35 years, working for clients in Northwest Arkansas and nationally. Our work touches numerous sectors including transportation, healthcare, education, architecture, finance, the arts, tourism, professional associations, and numerous other arenas.
Our expertise ranges from brand strategy, brand language design, and advertising creative, to multi-channel communications services that include marketing strategy, content development, digital and traditional media planning and buying, earned media/PR, custom publication and more.
With a passion for both the strategy and craft of design, our Senior Designer works across multiple digital and print platforms to effectively and persuasively tell our clients’ stories. Reports to and partners with the Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer to develop and execute on-brand design work for a variety of sectors, including higher education, the arts, destination brands, healthcare, real estate development, architecture, and more. Has a strong foundation of typographic skills and other design fundamentals, is proficient in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and has the ability to see a project through from the initial briefing to its final execution.
• Daily interaction with Creative Director and other team members
• Project supervision/mentoring of junior designers
• Direct interaction with clients, delivering presentations when required
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in an agency, design firm, or related setting
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field of study, or equivalent experience
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Experience with brand identity work is a must
• Proficiency with core Adobe Creative Suite applications is required
• Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) preferred
