Our 120-person team of creators, strategists, editors, and analysts produces thousands of high-performing ads weekly for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, food, and top DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global creator network, we’re scaling faster than ever—and we need a Social Media Content Creator who can produce original, engaging, scroll-stopping content that thrives on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Organic social content is the heartbeat of brand storytelling—and often the testing ground for ideas that become major ad campaigns. As a Social Media Content Creator, your work shapes brand identities, fuels audience engagement, and drives social growth across platforms.

Your content helps brands stay culturally relevant, creatively sharp, and algorithm-friendly. You’re not just posting—you’re influencing strategy, fueling virality, and building communities at scale. A fast-moving environment where creativity, authenticity, and performance converge.

What you'll do

1. Create Original Social-First Content

  • Film and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

  • Ideate and execute content ranging from trends and POVs to tutorials, behind-the-scenes, vlogs, lifestyle clips, product demos, and storytelling content.

  • Bring a fresh, authentic voice that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

2. Stay on Top of Trends

  • Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, sounds, hashtags, and creative patterns.

  • Rapidly adapt trend concepts into brand-appropriate content.

  • Identify viral opportunities before they peak.


3. Work From Creative Briefs & Add Your Own Voice 

  • Interpret scripts, angles, storyboards, or creative guidelines.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, target audience, and performance goals.

  • Pitch new ideas, hooks, and series concepts that strengthen each brand’s content strategy.

4. Shoot & Edit With Excellence

  • Capture well-lit, clean, aesthetic footage using your phone or camera.

  • Edit videos with platform-native pacing in CapCut, TikTok editor, or equivalent apps.

  • Ensure deliveries meet each platform’s technical specs.

5. Collaborate With Creative & Strategy Teams

  • Work closely with creative strategists, producers, and editors to refine concepts.

  • Participate in brainstorms to develop new content series and campaigns.

  • Implement feedback quickly while maintaining your unique creative style.

1. A Natural Storyteller

  • You know how to hook viewers in the first three seconds.

  • You can turn simple moments into compelling narratives.

2. Experienced in Short-Form Content

  • 1–4 years creating content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently.

  • You understand pacing, trends, and how algorithms reward creative content.

3. Creative & Trend-Aware

  • You live on social media.

  • You instinctively know what’s going viral and why.

4. Self-Sufficient & Organized

  • You can manage your own shoots, edits, and deadlines.

  • You handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced production environment.
