Primary job consists of supervising a team of 10+ employees responsible for all planning, production control, and production scheduling across multiple contracts, while utilizing the MRP/ERP systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior Planning/Supply Chain experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior Planning/Supply Chain experience. 4 years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with Oracle or other ERP/MRP Systems is strongly preferred. Ability to lead, develop cross-functional teams and direct the work of others is strongly preferred. Capable of functioning in a highly technical environment, dealing with a wide variety of communication types and products in a demanding, result-driven atmosphere.
