Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a remote  Staff Accountant to join a global distribution company with offices all across the US and has a homebase in Broomfield, CO. This Staff Accountant role offers strong visibility and the chance to take on meaningful responsibility beyond a traditional Staff Accountant position. Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
  • Support month-end close activities for two plant locations and corporate departments, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Partner with plant operations and corporate teams to track expenses, investigate variances, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking for manufacturing facilities
  • Assist with inventory accounting, cost analysis, and inventory reconciliations across plant locations
  • Support internal and external audit requests by preparing PBC schedules and ensuring supporting documentation tied to financial statements
  • Help improve accounting processes and ERP system workflows to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
Staff Accountant Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience including month-end close support, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • ERP experience such as SAP, NetSuite, or other mid to large ERPs
  • Experience in a distribution company preferred but not required
  • Experience using PowerBI and/or OneStream preferred but not required

  • Compensation: $70,000-80,000 annual base salary + eligibility to earn a 10% bonus
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and PTO
