Most of Ramaker's employee-owners work remotely from their homes, but have the option to work from our Madison, WI office if they prefer an onsite or hybrid work environment. Occasional travel to the Madison office may be required. To be considered, you must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYST

In this role, you partner with operational teams to identify business challenges and design technology solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Your day may include monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations, analyzing data from multiple platforms, and improving the reliability and usability of reports. You collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support software implementations, and ensure new tools are adopted successfully through testing, training, and documentation. Along the way, you proactively look for opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance efficiency and user experience. Every day blends hands-on technical problem solving with collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

To thrive as a Technology and Data Analyst you should possess a degree in a technology related field and should have professional-level experience working with business stakeholders to define needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.

You will be able to demonstrate the:

• Use of effective change management strategies and communication skills
• Ability to manipulate datasets
• Ability to connect and integrate applications using APIs, integration platforms, or custom scripting
• Ability to drive tasks to completion in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to use broad guidelines to solve complex problems by analyzing key factors and alternative solutions.

Candidates who have 2-5 years of professional experience with data and systems integrations, SQL Server/SQL experience, and success in finding and building process improvements for others will be given first priority.

Experience with Power BI, Python, AI-assisted workflows and experience supporting enterprise platforms could be highly valuable in this role.
