About the Job

About NAVER U.Hub
Naver U.Hub is the subsidiary of NAVER, a global internet company, based in Los Angeles with offices in Seattle and Redwood City. Our teams across NAVER Search US, BAND, ThingsBook, and NAVER Ventures collaborate to advance AI, social media, and investment initiatives that build smarter and more connected experiences for global users.

Overview
Following the launch of our new social blogging app, ThingsBook, in the United States & Canada, we are now focused on scaling the platform and enhancing the user experience. You will join a small, agile U.S.-based team of approximately 10 members, working in close partnership with a dedicated development team of about 30 members located in Korea. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a live product in a fast-paced environment while benefiting from the stability and resources of a global technology leader.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Creator & Content Specialist to build and scale the content and creator ecosystem at ThingsBook.
This role goes beyond traditional content or social media management. You will define what content wins on the platform, bring in and manage high-quality creators, and build a scalable system that continuously generates engaging content.
You will own the full lifecycle of creators — from sourcing to onboarding to long-term relationship management — and play a key role in shaping the product’s content identity.
Content and creators are the foundation of ThingsBook.
This role directly shapes what users see, engage with, and come back for.

Content & Creator Strategy
  • Define core content categories and winning formats (e.g., movies, books, collectibles, fashion, collectibles, wellness etc.)
  • Analyze content and creator performance, and continuously refine strategy
  • Develop repeatable content frameworks that drive engagement and sharing
  • Help shape early community interaction patterns and content culture
Creator Acquisition & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators
  • Own and manage relationships with top creators (high-touch partnership approach)
  • Design and execute creator programs (creator / ambassador / selective celebrity)
What Success Looks Like
  • A clear and differentiated content identity emerges on ThingsBook
  • A strong base of active, high-quality creators is established
  • Content supply grows in both volume and quality
  • Top creators become long-term partners and advocates of the platform
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong creative content intuition — you know what works and why
  • Hands-on experience working with creators or building content ecosystems
  • Ability to operate both strategically and executionally
  • High taste level across content, design, and trends
  • Strong ownership mindset (comfortable acting as a mini business owner)
  • Experience in consumer platforms, media, or creator economy is a plus

Other

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Location: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)
  • Pay: $64,000 - $80,000 per year
  • Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing their work samples.
  • Please note: To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship for employment visa status is unavailable.
