Get to Know Your Team:

• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

The  Coordinator assists in overseeing the day-to-day front-end responsibilities of the specific assigned practice and/or practices. The  Coordinator has the ability to provide coverage at any of the practice sites regardless of the practice's specialty.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, and higher education may be substituted for experience.
• Ability to multitask, can work in a fast-paced clinical environment, can engage patients, peers, and supervisors in a dedicated, comforting, respectful, and effective way, and has the ability to adapt to change.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• 5-7 years of medical office practice experience.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
