Shift/Schedule: variable; 3 8 hour office days/week and one 12 hour shift in staffing
Requirements: 5 years NICU clinical experience and prefer leadership experience

Patient Population: ?Care for newborns greater that 32 weeks gestation on bubble, CPAP, lines, meds, admission, discharge, etc.
Patient Ratios: 1:1-3
Number of Beds: 10 beds
Department Specifics: Level II NICU, Self-Scheduling, Neonatologist on call 24/7, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in-house 24/7. We foster a culture of belonging, teamwork and family like environment.
